Focus on the rights and responsibilities that people have within a group. Students create a concept map on the need for rules. (AfL) Present students with a copy of the school rules. Divide into groups of three. Give each group one rule. Ask each group to identify: - the purpose of their rule - what the rule tells us about the group's values - the consequences to the group and the individual of breaking the rule.
